$10; 6 classes for $48 (use within two months); stay for the all-level Tuesday class for an additional $5.
This class breaks down movements and combinations which will be taught in the Tuesday night all-level class. Students will get a fun workout while learning African dance at a slower pace. Low impact. Sometimes we will have recorded music and sometimes we will have live drumming. Instructor: Maya Kadakia

Want to learn West African dance? This beginner class is for you! Focus on one dance from Guinea or Mali and learn a routine. This class begins with a series of warmups, isolations, and strengthening exercises designed to prepare the body for African dance. This is a friendly and welcoming group. Recorded music. Low-impact options. Class is taught by Maya Kadakia.
